Zones & fees

• Nairobi & environs: KSh 250. Same-day or next-day by rider. The rider waits while you check the bag.
• Countrywide: KSh 400. 1–3 days by courier to major towns.
• Free delivery on orders over KSh 5,000. The fee comes off automatically in your cart.

Payment on delivery

Every order is pay-on-delivery: M-Pesa or cash, handed over only once you've seen the bag. No deposits, no card details, no paybill surprises.

For countrywide orders we sometimes ask you to cover the courier fee upfront. You still pay for the bag itself on collection, and we confirm the amount on WhatsApp before dispatch.

How it works

• Add a bag to your order. At checkout, WhatsApp opens with the details ready to send.
• We confirm availability and your delivery window within business hours.
• Nairobi: a rider brings it to your door. Countrywide: the courier delivers to your town's pickup point or door, per your preference.
• Check the bag, then pay by M-Pesa or cash.
